RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned for a store credit only.  Returns must be returned within 10 days of the ship date received.  TSP will not accept any returns after 10 days or will not accept any returns without a RMA Number.  To obtain a RMA Number, please request one via email at:  tsp.rma@gmail.com  Returned item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with all product tags/labels attached. TSP reserves the right to solely define and limit refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to, an irregular or excessive returns history or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.  Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for covering shipping cost to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid, unless it has been confirmed that an item(s) was sent in error.

If you believe you have received an order in error or item(s) is defective, please contact TSP as soon as possible, however no longer than 2 days of receipt and TSP will be happy to replace or issue a store credit for later use.

COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PACKAGE  AND INCLUDE WITH YOUR RETURN ITEM(S).  IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A RETURN FORM WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE REQUEST A FORM WHEN YOU REQUEST YOUR RMA NUMBER AT:  tsp.rma@gmail.com and one will be sent via email.
